Terms of use

Terms for the free Antepath idea intake and optional Discovery or quoting call.

Free scope

Antepath LLC, in the United States, operates this service. You can contact us at contacto@antepath.com. Antepath offers a free idea intake and an optional free 30-minute Discovery or quoting call when booking is available. Sending an idea does not create a purchase, paid engagement or obligation to proceed. Any later proposal needs a separate agreement.

Submitting an idea

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, unlawful content or another person's confidential information. The required privacy permission covers handling your request and project follow-up. Marketing permission is optional. There is no separate terms acceptance checkbox in this free intake.

Review and follow-up

A receipt acknowledges that your request was saved. It does not promise project feasibility, a price, a delivery date or a response deadline. Any initial orientation is deterministic, preliminary information, not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice. The team may contact you to clarify your idea and discuss a quote.

Booking and availability

Booking is optional, subject to availability and only confirmed after the server verifies a valid booking. A pending or uncertain outcome is not a confirmed appointment. Cal.com provides confirmation and cancellation/rescheduling instructions when configured, and the call uses Google Meet. Follow the provider's instructions to change or cancel an appointment. No payment is required by this booking flow.

Your material and responsible use

Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of your material to Antepath. You authorize handling it for the request and follow-up described in the privacy notice. Do not disrupt the service, automate abusive requests or attempt unauthorized access. Abuse controls may reject or temporarily limit requests.

Service handling and contact

Availability and email delivery can be interrupted. You can retry a failed submission; unchanged retries use the same attempt to avoid duplicates. Drafts remain in tab memory and may be lost on reload or closure. For questions about your request or these terms, reply to an Antepath confirmation or follow-up email. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
